FOCUS MEDIUM
An installation visualizing memory disruption. Using Ophelia‘s death as a starting point, relations of power are imagined through the filtering of image and screen. Layers of suspended surfaces, animation, and refraction create sites of leakage. Distortions skew predominant narratives and foster transmutations—pressing, absorbing, and distilling.
